2010 Terms and Conditions Rep Registration

1.     NO Pay No Play A registration is not considered final and accepted until the registration fee is paid in full.

2.     There are TWO payment options;

1. One payment by credit card or cheque for the full amount.

2. 2 cheques of equal payment.

First cheque made out for 1 February 2010 and the second post dated for 1 March 2010. Please mail both cheques at the same time.

3.     REFUND POLICY:

    For Representative teams there are no refunds. These teams are picked through tryouts held in the fall of the previous season. You have made a choice and a commitment to play at this level of sport. If you have chosen not to play please do not register.

4.     NSF CHEQUES:

    GBA will charge a $35 administration fee for NSF cheques. Additionally your child will be suspended from further play until the payment is made good. If a cheque is rejected prior to the season starting, the child is not considered registered until the cheque is made good.
